The fact is that most of us, as Americans, lack the fundamental foundation of good health habits. It’s important to understand nutrition and how it impacts your body, and the importance of physical activity to living well and longevity. The U.S. has the highest levels of obesity in the world.  What hits closer to home is that El Paso is ranked 33rd in the country for having a large percentage of the population that is overweight. Our goal at KFM Sports Training is to change this one person at a time through our advanced training programs. Our programs are not just about physical activity, they are designed to give all members the foundation of good nutrition through education and change their lifestyle to achieve long terms goals that affect their lives.
