Munene felt that advanced effective training programs for elite athletes were non-existent in the area, so he designed a program geared towards post-college athletes (men and women) and anyone with seeking to continue to a professional carrier in athletics. Using his professional athletics experience and world record-breaking carrier, he designed the most advanced training program in the United States and the world for elite and Olympic class athletes.

We believe that every athlete is unique and requires an individual training plan to optimize elite performance.

PROGRAMS AVAILABLE:

Our programs are segmented into 2 to 3 years, 3 to 5 years, and 5 to 7 years of specific sports development, in Sprints, Middle Distances, and Long Distance Running. Training the KENYAN WAY!

Our individualized program components are centered around these key core basics, physical movements training, nutrition, and weight management.

For those qualified, the supportive program provides:

  • Part-Time assisted Job-Employment from local businesses & companies. Whenever possible, jobs are matched in the field of the Athletes’ College studies-training
  • Arranged Men or Women residential accommodation
  • Depending on the individual performance level, athletes may receive Full or Partial training gear and equipment.
  • Graduating College T&F Athletes can now use New 19+ Yrs for Advanced Training and Competitions under Amateur Athletic Union (AAU)
  • Our preferred advanced supplement recommendation that meets our seal of approval, is now using 2 testing organizations to assure PURITY & COMPLIANCE of the products used for sports!

For the athletes with “automatic NCAA Qualifying marks, Or Olympics Trials marks”, may qualify for Full Or Partial Sponsorship.

Athletes with the above-posted marks will be eligible for Part-Time Job-Work Assistance with Local Biz/Employers!
